The ROTAX Academy starts in 2015 as a way of providing high quality practical training and development for young people and adults. The aim is to create an open and international network that will promote partnership and collaboration, and to connect theory with practice as per the motto of the RIC (Regional Innovation Center). The ROTAX Academy is not a purely in-house facility, and it also welcomes participation by private individuals, external companies and opinion formers. The course schedule is regularly updated on the basis of feedback from international experts from the worlds of commerce and education, enabling participants to be provided with the latest content. Rotax’ lifelong learning program makes a decisive contribution to the region’s educational goals. Know-how and skilled workforces not only ensure that Rotax remains competitive, they ensure that the whole of Austria remains competitive, too.
