Gunskirchen 2020 not only aims to develop technology, it also aims to improve the quality of work. Since 2012, the new spirit of optimism about the future has also been reflected in new workwear. Rotax is aware of its responsibilities in relation to its Gunskirchen employees, and in 2008 the go-ahead is given for the DOO it! GSUND project, in collaboration with the Gesundes Österreich (“Healthy Austria”) fund. A broad employee health initiative provides a wide range of services in areas such as nutrition, exercise and mental health. The in-house health and fitness center, doo it, is well attended and in 2014 Rotax is awarded the Upper Austria Health Prize in the over 100 employees category.
