As a key regional employer, Rotax knows how to attract the interest of potential young employees, and makes apprenticeships an official component of the company’s approach. The office building and two workbenches are extended to provide space for training, which lasts three-and-a-half years and provides trainees with insight into all aspects and departments of the company – from tool making, machine fitting, metalworking, cylinder production and gear manufacture to the hardening plant.
